This event has brought together the La Salle community and its neighbors to celebrate Dr. King’s legacy and use it to spur action toward the values of justice, spirituality, and collaboration.  The Interfaith Service is intended to reflect on the numerous religious traditions that were informed by Dr. King’s work.  This is an initiative of La Salle’s Community Building Team (CBT) — a group of students, faculty, staff, and community neighbors who, according to their mission statement, “operate with mutual respect, compassion, and inclusivity, and work to live those values in our neighborhood through purposeful partnerships.”

Following the interfaith service, there will be a reception featuring live music by The Smooth Show.
